Training

EKMC provides awareness training on a variety of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality topics. These sessions incorporate international standards and practices and are adapted to the environment of the various countries in which EKMC operates.

The success of the training lies in ensuring that the individual needs of executives, management, supervisors, representatives and workers are addressed. Courses presented include the introduction and implementation of the ISO and OHSAS series of Management Systems.

All training is presented by qualified facilitators “in-house”. This enables organisations to include their own standards, procedures, logos etc.

The strategy behind an EKMC training session is the risk based approach and training needs analysis, depicted as the Performance "Improvement Model". This model compares what the individuals presently know and can do with what they should know and be able to do, and to analyse the gap between the two positions.
